Starter is £4.99 a month and Pro is £19.99 a month (UK prices). Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. There is no set-up fee, and building and looking around your website is free, with no card needed.

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time, with no minimum term and no exit fee: your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Nothing is charged until you agree a plan, and you can move between Starter and Pro from your dashboard. The full terms are at https://moonwebsites.co.uk/terms.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You answer questions in plain English and change things by tapping on them, on your phone or computer. There is nothing to install, and the hosting is looked after for you.

Can I change my website after it is made?

Yes, as often as you like. Change your words, photos, services, opening hours and colours from your own dashboard.

Can I use my own domain name?

Your website goes live on a Moon Websites web address, so you can share it straight away. Connecting a domain name you already own (like yourbusiness.co.uk) is not something the dashboard does yet. If you need it, email contact@moonwebsites.co.uk before you start and we will tell you what is possible.

What happens to my enquiries?

When a customer fills in the form on your live website, the enquiry goes into the inbox in your dashboard and the customer goes into your customer list. From there you can call, WhatsApp, text or email them with one tap.

Can it post to Facebook and Instagram for me?

Coming soon, free with your plan. You will connect your Facebook Page and its Instagram account, write or plan your posts, and Moon Social will publish them when you choose. Starter covers one Facebook Page; Pro covers up to five, with a content calendar and AI help writing posts.
