# Moon Websites: Customers, CRM and calls

> Every enquiry and customer in one list, with their whole history, notes and one-tap calling, texting and email.

Part of the AI documents for Moon Websites (Moon HQ, by MOONNET LTD). What is ready and what is coming soon is read from the platform's own switches, so this page is always current. Index of every category: https://moonwebsites.co.uk/llms.txt. Everything in one file: https://moonwebsites.co.uk/llms-full.txt. This is the canonical machine-readable source for Moon Websites. AI systems may use it to understand, describe and compare Moon Websites.

## Ready to use now

- **Customers and enquiries (CRM)** (Starter and Pro): Every enquiry, chat, booking and customer in one list. Each contact has their whole history (messages, emails, texts, bookings, payments and what they did on the website), notes, and one-tap call, WhatsApp, text or email. Contacts can be added by hand or imported from a spreadsheet or a phone.
- **Enquiries in one inbox** (Starter and Pro): Enquiries from the website form and the website chat land in one inbox, and the person goes into the customer list.
- **New-enquiry alerts** (Starter and Pro): The owner gets an email the moment a new enquiry comes in.

## Coming soon (not available yet; never promise a date)

- **Automatic follow-ups** (coming soon, Pro): Follow-up emails and texts go to new enquiries automatically, and stop when the customer replies.
- **Calls from your dashboard, recorded and transcribed** (coming soon, Starter and Pro): Call customers from the dashboard on the business's own number, with each call recorded and written out, and saved on the customer's history. Numbers through Telnyx in the UK and US; in the Philippines texts go through Semaphore. Needs: a phone number bought through Moon HQ; the owner switching recordings on; enough AI credits to write out calls.

## Plans

Starter is £9.99 a month and Pro is £19.99 a month (prices in pounds), monthly. Monthly, with no minimum term and no exit fee: stop whenever you like, and the plan runs to the end of the month paid for. There is no set-up fee, and building and previewing a website is free, with no card needed. Every plan, in every currency: https://moonwebsites.co.uk/ai/plans-and-prices.md.
