How to get started with our pre-configured plans or trial
- Navigate to our smsportal by selecting the button below then sign up for an account.
2. Fill out your details and choose a strong password (if your password is too weak you will to be able to proceed)
Please ensure your time zone is set correctly or you may encounter issues when trying scheduling SMS campaigns
3. Finally to get started select a plan and a method of payment. Once registered select sender ID and request a new sender ID, this can be an Alpha sender ID (e.g MoonSMS) or your personal/business phone number
Please note alpha ID's are only supported up to 11 digits in the UK and sadly don't support emojis yet😔
4. Select 10 year free plan
5. Now wait 24 hours (usually much faster) until your sender ID and sending server has been configured and tested by one of our team, you may receive a follow up call or email to verify the usage of the sender ID for fraud prevention reasons.
Your sender ID will show as "pending" until approved, it will then show as "active"
6. The rest is fairly self explanatory but if you have any issues with anything please don't hesitate to contact us via email or phone.
